A simple interface representing a Dictionary

Class Summary

CollectionDictionary	A simple SpellChecker Dictionary to allow indexing of Collection of words.
LuceneDictionary	Lucene Dictionary
PlainTextDictionary	Dictionary represented by a UTF-8 text file.
SpellChecker	Spell Checker class (Main class) (initially inspired by the David Spencer code).
