The JNews module simplifies it with an editorial space allowing the edition of articles in dynamic mode and the parameterization of multiple options. The article management space offers a global view, in the Front-Office, of all the publications and the information related to them and proposes a planning service.

Do you want to make access to the various articles available on your Digital Workplace easier? JNews offers a structured entry point to all publications classified according to your business themes to which it is possible to subscribe to be alerted when a related news is published.

What does this module offer?

The JNews module offers to the contributors of contents an editorial space which allows directly in Front Office to :

• Enter the title and content in the fields provided
• Access the text editor functions (formatting, unified insertion with links to online image banks, insertion of special characters, codes, links, tables, etc.)
• Access writing assistance with Jalios Intelligence*
  • help with content creation, rephrasing according to the appropriate tone while correcting spelling and syntax.
• Insert a visual and crop it or choose an image from the media library or an online bank.
• Have a suggestion of images preselected based on the title thanks to Jalios Intelligence*
• Set the available options

Communication managers or any content validators have access to an article management interface that offers :

• A global view in list mode, with the possibility of sorting by type of information, of all the articles with the display of related information (indication of publication, status, title, rights, editors, date) as well as the number of readers and votes
• The planning of articles with a calendar display
• The possibility of modifying article templates by space
  • Selection of displayed fields (title, illustration, metadata, editor, cap, body, linked content), their layout, fonts by type of title, by paragraph, by quote, entry of a custom CSS

Employees access from the "News" application or via a link on a page to a space that groups all the articles (and other content) of your platform that you want to display. Within this true "company newspaper", the content is sorted in chronological order. Your employees can:

• Search by keyword
• Filter by theme, date, writer, language
• Subscribe to themes to be alerted to new publications and configure the frequency of receiving notifications.
• Summarize content over a chosen period with Jalios Intelligence*.The summary is displayed as a news feed sorted by theme highlighting the main points of the latest publications. At a glance your collaborators thus access the essential information. They then just need to click on the link to view a publication.

Since version 2 of the JNews module, our contributors can enter data directly in the Front-Office and see the final look and feel of their publication. They have access via the sidebar to all the available configuration options, including the possibility of publishing on the front page (on the home page or on a specific page) with one click , or the possibility of requesting a read confirmation to ensure that the content has been taken into account.

The possibility to create its own templates in full autonomy

Since version 2 of the JNews module, it is possible to intervene on the display template without development with the preview to validate the structure and style of the article.

The article management interface to easily process and schedule publications

The article management offers a global view of articles with the display of related information (status, title, rights, editors, date) as well as the number of readers and votes. The calendar allows you to manage the planning. This saves time for our communication department, which can access all publications in one place.

An effective lever to optimize productivity thanks to AI

Jalios Intelligence* offers our contributors valuable assistance in content writing. No more writer's block thanks to content creation greatly facilitated by AI suggestions. By using rephrasing, our contributors improve the quality of sentence structures and formatting in line with the desired tone and also benefit from spelling and syntax corrections. Jalios Intelligence* also allows them to access with a single click, a list of relevant images suggested by the AI related to their title, or even to generate a summary before publication. A real time saver and enhanced efficiency for our contributors.

Furthermore, the "Summarize" feature of the company journal provides our users instant access to a summary feed of content published over a chosen period, thus facilitating quick consultation of essential information and avoiding the risk of missing important elements.
