IBM Watson JTranslate Provider 1.1
IBM closed its translation service to new customers on 10 June 2023, and will cease operating completely on 10 December 2024 (see https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/language-translator). As a result, Jalios will cease to provide the connector and its support from 10 September 2023.
We invite customers using this solution to switch to other connectors available for JTranslate, such as DeepL Plugin JTranslate Provider 1.1, Google Plugin JTranslate Provider 1.1, Microsoft Plugin JTranslate Provider 1.1 or Systran Plugin JTranslate Provider 1.1.
JTranslate aims to facilitate multi-language conversations by translating content on the fly. A French speaker can thus translate content written in Italian, German, Chinese, and vice versa. When creating or editing content, the WYSIWYG editor is complemented by a translation function that also preserves the structure and styles of paragraphs.
