Recruitment 1.0

The Recruitment application enables creating and tracking job descriptions, as well as applying candidates, collaboratively.

The job descriptions may mention specific roles, missions, department and target profiles.
Job applications can be then processed acccording to the open positions. Attachments (CV, letters of motivation, Web pages, etc.) can be directly edited on the dedicated candidate page. Job applications and their current status (to study, under study, recruiting, abandoned) are shown as a list of interactive cards.

Staff participating in the recruitment process may view the skills and qualifications of the candidates, discuss, propose interviews, and converge to a decision. The recruiter may change the state of the workflow interactively. Planning and tracking interviews is easier using the calendar integration.

This application can help organisations in coherently managing human resources, and may support any recruitment process.

The module requires the installation of collaborative modules (Calendrier, DB commentaires, ESN). It works with JPlatform version 10 SP1.
