Live Form 3.8.1

With the Live Form module, create personalized forms for surveys, polls and quizzes. Measure the satisfaction or knowledge levels of your employees, involve them, collect their opinions and use the data collected totake relevant actions. Make your Digital Workplace a place for internal listening and understanding.

1. When to use this module

Do you want to evaluate your employees' satisfaction with your intranet, the tools provided or the working conditions? With the Live Form module, you can regularly distribute specific surveys, collect feedback in complete confidentiality and use the results to carry out improvement actions. This approach will allow you to quickly detect possible causes of dissatisfaction and toestablish a relationship of shared listening that will contribute to the development and motivation of your employees.

Are you planning to organize a new event? With the Live Form module, involve your employees with a survey or a questionnaire to collect their opinions . This will encourage your employees to participate, which will ensure the success of your event.

Do you organize online training sessions? Evaluate your employees' level of knowledge at the end of the learning sessions by offering them to participate in a quiz. You will also be able to collect easily exploitable data on how the courses are perceived and adjust their contents and formats .

The Live Forme module allows you to create personalized questionnaires (surveys, polls, quizzes):

3.1 The creation, distribution and analysis of my personalized questionnaires in a few clicks

With the Live Form module, I can easily and quickly create my surveys, polls and quizzes and distribute them in my Digital Workplace. I can easily analyze and exploit the results(which can be consulted in real time) thanks to the statistical graphs and the CSV export.

3.2 Conditional branches for more advanced surveys and more precise results

I can create variants and make questions appear according to the situation expressed by my respondent. If the questions are not relevant to his profile, he will answer another set of questions. This way, I can keep my participants interested throughout the survey and obtain more accurate data to use.

4. What version 3.7 brings

4.1 Redesign of the Behavior page

This tab had become very difficult to use for QUIZs with the additions of new features such as limiting attempts and random draws.
We have grouped the options by theme in 4 sections and added logic to the interactions between options.

4.2 Added new display settings

In response to many requests, we have clarified and increased the options to display or not the participant's answers, score, corrections, explanations and this in case of success or not, and only in last attempt or not.

4.3 Default properties

It is now possible to define by default if answering a question in a quiz or survey is mandatory or not. This default value can be modified on the question itself but it allows to avoid errors.
