The Visio module is a JCall connector for the State’s sovereign videoconferencing service, part of the La Suite offering provided by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM).

What does this module offer ?

From your Jalios platform, this module allows you to integrate La Suite's video conferencing tool when creating:

• a calendar event
• an event (JEvent module)
• a training session (JLearn module)

Select La Suite's video conferencing tool from the available video conferencing tools (Videoconferencing tab)

Start a videoconference instantly :

• from a task project (JTask module) via the “Actions” menu
• from the “Video Call” application accessible via the application launcher,
• from the search bar, business card, or employee profile.

Employees invited to participate in the video call receive a notification with the link to access the videoconference

Coming soon

• Integration of the audio bridge, offering users the possibility to join a videoconference with La Suite's video tool by authenticating with their phone number.
• Access to recording and transcription features.
