When to use this module?
Do you want to increase the efficiency of your employees ? The JNote application is a note-taking solution, available at all times, in your Digital Workplace. During a face-to-face meeting or a digital webinar, your users can create and write a personal note and choose whether or not to share it.
Do you want to promote collaboration and transversality? With the JNotes application, your collaborators can share their notes and thus make others benefit from the information resulting from a presentation or a meeting.
What does this module offer?
Access to notes is possible from the application launcher, the sidebar or from thegeneralsearch engine.
The JNotes application, available in mobile version only for consultation, offers a note management space displaying the accessible notes with the possibility :
- Search for a note and filter the search by entering keywords
- To classify notes by drag and drop
- Access statistics by period, related to the number of users, notes, notes per user and updates with a histogram display.
Users can create a note and access the following features
- Input with a rich editor in WYSIWYG mode (adding titles, bullets, points, tables...)
- Unified insertion of links to existing documents, links to a Wiki or to other content
- Insert, copy/paste and resizeimages
- Adding checkboxes
- Translation
- Entering keywords
- Pinning
- Sharing

The rich editor in WYSIWYG mode to improve note readability
This editor allows us to compose and visualize the note as it will be available with rich features to format the text, insert content, links. Note taking is intuitive and the output is structured and well formatted, which favours memorization when typing and information when consulting.
The availability of my notes in any context
No matter where I am, my notes are accessible! In the field, in a meeting with a partner, on the desktop, tablet or smartphone, our employees can find their notes. The integration of notes into our Digital Workplace saves time and helps increase our efficiency.
The ability to aggregate all information on a subject
I can create a notebook on a subject, in which I aggregate all the information whatever their format : text, links, document, image, video, mind maps, ... Thanks to the checkboxes, I can define a list of tasks to do and follow their progress. I can then access them at any time in my Digital Workplace, which ensures that I prioritize my activities and don't forget anything.
