JProcess 2.7

With JProcess, make your employees' procedures more fluid and save your teams time by dematerialising the management of repetitive procedures without added value. Reduce your environmental impact by eliminating paper and significantly reducing your emails and downloads. 

When to use this module?

Do you want to improve the efficiency of your Human Resources department? The JProcess module allows you to automate the numerous administrative and time-consuming procedures (change of marital status, address, bank details, etc.) handled by this department so that it can focus on its core business.

Do you want to streamline employee requests for equipment and logistics?  The Jprocess module allows you to create as many forms and validation workflows as there are types of existing requests. Your employees access the form from your Digital Workplace and fill in the fields with the possibility to upload attachments. Once the form has been submitted, the manager is notified and the request follows its intended course, with real-time monitoring of the progress for both the stakeholders and the requester.

What does this module offer?

The JProcess module offers a simple drag and drop interface to create a question form for which a submission workflow must be defined: 

• Entering the title,
• Entry of the description,
• Entering the prefix that will be used when assigning a new number to the request: e.g. PC-123
• Upload the image associated with the form which will be displayed on the map in the list of forms
• Entering the workflow assigned to each submission of this form
• Adding fields (text, numbers, files, choice from a list, checkbox, etc.)
• Possibility to test

The following features are available:

• CSV export of submissions
• Export / Import of existing forms
• Validation of question data in the form of value bounds or regular expressions
• Addition of sections, page breaks
• Conditional chaining (with additional rules on the status of the submission workflow)

Collaborators can make their requests in the JProcess application by clicking on the "Make a request" button:

• Access to a list of available form
• Choice of a priority
• Completeness of fields
• Possibility to upload attachments
• Display a summary page
• Access to monitoring the progress of applications with the possibility to modify and comment
• Access to the history of applications

Submission workflow participants are alerted via the channels previously selected in their profile (email, notification centre, chat, SMS) for action on form submissions with the possibility to:

• Change the status of the workflow
• Change the priority
• Delete the request if the rights allow it
• Access to a space for monitoring requests with access to search by filters
• Exchange between stakeholders through comments
