Some users automatically receive notifications about the expiry of their JLearn certificates. These alerts are generated by the system according to certain settings.

If you want to manage the sending of these notifications, here's what you need to know

When you decide to associate a certificate with the completion of a knowledge/training/course, you can set an expiry date.
If users receive notifications, it's because you've set this time limit, which doesn't exist by default.

Next, in the JLearn module properties, there's a parameter that automatically reactivates members when the certificate expiry date approaches.

The default setting is 30 days.

If, after all, you don't want members to receive any reminders or end-of-validity notifications, you can Archive their certificate.
This is possible on the dashboard, but one member at a time, as it has been designed to prevent members who are no longer due to renew their certificate from being reminded.

It's a bit tedious, but it's normally done to manage individual cases.

There is no standard mechanism for globally deactivating certificate expiry notifications when a validity period has been defined at the time of course creation
