Take photos
Take photos or videos for each of the step of your guide.

Take screenshots
You can also take screenshots. It is recommanded to use a 16/9 ratio (e.g. 1920x10280, 960x540, ...)

Organize your files
It is recommanded to preprend the same prefix with the step number for each image and video.
Videos must be encoded in MP4.

Create the guide
In the Add menu of the topbar, select Content then Guide.

Fill info about the guide
In the window, enter the informations about the guide then click on the Next button.

Upload images videos
You are redirected n the guide editor.
Upload images and videos for each step of the guide.

Be carefull all your files are in the right order then click on the Add button.

Fill the instructions
For each step, enter your instructions in the text area below the image.

Add an introduction image
By default, the image of the first step will be used as the introduction image for the guide. You can choose another one in the Information tab.

Save the guide
Once finished, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.

That's it! Your guide has been published!

List the guides
Your guide will be listed in the Guides tab of the collaborative space where it has been created.

Bonjour, Je n'ai pas pu poser ma question sur l'onglet Questions du JGuide (pb de droits), donc je la pose dans les commentaires : Peut-on télécharger un JGuide afin de le lire hors connexion ?
@Christine RICARD Je viens de tester et vous pouvez bien poser une question dans ce JGuide avec votre compte (Onglet Questions, bouton "Poser une question"). Pourriez vous réessayer et m'indiquer l'erreur que vous rencontrez ?
@Olivier Dedieu : bonjour Olivier, j'ai toujours la même erreur. Quand je clique sur Enregistrer, je suis redirigée vers l'authentification message = "Votre habilitation ne vous permet pas d'accéder à cette page. Néanmoins, si vous souhaitez poursuivre, identifiez-vous avec un profil approprié."
Merci. Je vais investiguer.
Concernant votre question initiale, il n'y a pas de fonction "export" mais il la vue impression du JDrive a été adaptée (vue déployé du JGuide, une étape par page, ...). Une solution consiste donc a faire une impression PDF du JGuide.
