We have an extrage error that only occures to a single user.
JCMS9 - SP2
JALIOS ESN Plugin 5.2
when accessing to this user profile's appears this error in activity:
Exception in 'ESN - Activités': java.lang.StackOverflowError -
We do not have any existing issues regarding a similar symptom.
And unfortunately, when a StackOverflowError occurs, only the last elements of the stack trace are displayed, but are usually completely useless for a proper diagnostic.
If you can reproduce the problem, please do it after having configured the JVM with the following option to retrieve as much stack trace as possible) :
(And make sure to remove it after your reproduction to prevent very large log)
Then open a support ticket for this issue with the Jalios support team, to send us the resulting log file.
